Mark The Spot Web App

An internal tool used by a mobile operator's support staff to manage feedback from customers regarding network issues. Build using Ruby and hosted on Heroku.

• View reported issues by app, country etc.
• see issues on a map to identify areas with congestion or black spots
• See graph of network speeds reported across the network
• Administration section to allow new apps and users to be added.
• Provides the API used by the iPhone and Android apps.
