The Challenge
The client had extensive training material available in traditional CD-ROM format and wanted to make this content available to a wider audience. Another goal was to have the content available when it suited their customers, not just when they were in the office at their desk.
The Approach
We started by creating wireframes of the app's interface and going through several reviews and iterations with the client team. Once the new design was agreed and approved by all stake holders we developed the app to deliver the features as per the wireframes.
